The EMS Mission
Our goal is to provide solutions for the
everyday challenges that face exhibitors, event coordinators and
individuals involved in tradeshow marketing.
We will meet these needs through
superior service, partnership, communication, and attention to
detail. We will strive to exceed the expectations of our clients,
while maintaining a cost effective focus on their project requirements.
Our Philosophy
The focus of EMS is centered wholly on
the customer, and is dedicated to providing world-class service to all of
our clients and strategic partners.
Background
Our employees have been installing,
maintaining, and providing exhibit services since 1994, and our founder,
Kristopher Fox is a graduate of the Skyline Displays I&D Certification
course. EMS is whole-heartedly committed to the "Ten Standards
of Customer Service" set forth by Skyline, and we perform our services
in accordance with the Exhibitor Appointed Contractors Association
service pledge.
